1. Refund Eligibility
The refund is only available within the following circumstances:

- Our support staff is unable to solve your problem within 24 hours
- It is your responsibility to provide proof that you can prove the matter.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot give refunds for:
- It works, however it isn’t up to the expectations of users.
- The device of the customer or their internet connection is not compatible
- Failure of the client to adhere to installation guidelines
- The cause of the issues is user-side VPN, ISP blocking, or hardware malfunctions.
3. Trial Testing
It is recommended to request a trial (if there is one available) prior to purchasing a long-term plan.
4. Chargebacks
Inappropriate chargebacks are thought to be fraud and could lead to service cancellation and possibly a report to the payment processors.
